At Popular Food Service, we strive to provide high-quality dry food products with complete customer satisfaction. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
Due to the perishable nature of dry food items, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

You received a wrong, damaged, or expired product

The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

You report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return or refund:

3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:

A replacement will be sent (if stock is available), or

A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Opened or used food items

Products returned after 48 hours of delivery

Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
5. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
